We are dedicated to ensuring you have the right gear for your training; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the completed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
